There is no service fee for hotel or car bookings, even if unaccompanied by an airline/rail ticket. Refunds, voids, and/or exchanges are subject to a $35 service fee, in addition to any airline imposed fees. Paper tickets are subject to a $10 travel agency surcharge, in addition to any airline imposed surcharges. Calls to Navigant's "after- hour" service are subject to a $15 surcharge, in addition to the fees outlined in the chart above.

TRIP (Travel Reservations on the Internet Program)
TRIP provides an easy-to-use interface and a direct line to the Apollo real-time travel reservation system via the internet. Booking through TRIP gives you access to Stanford's negotiated rates. By using TRIP, you will be able to view all flights available that fit your desired travel itinerary. From there, you can quickly find the most convenient and least expensive flight available and book it on-line. Upon receiving your on-line reservation request, a Navigant travel agent will phone you to obtain payment information. Hotel and car arrangements can be booked through
